It is so sad you will not fill our two 100 pound tanks. It was nice while it lasted.

PATHETIC!!! I do NOT recommend Ferrellgas…save yourself aggravation and frustration and take your business elsewhere! If I could rate them zero stars, I would, but one star is the minimum! They FLAT OUT LIED to me, and the next Rep tells me she can not pull the call from less than 5 minutes earlier to listen and hear for herself what their rep told me…HOW CONVENIENT…and then, she tells me she needs an account number so she can have a mánager call me back…wait, do the managers do business at THEIR convenience, or the customers? Do NOT do biz with these people!!! And I explained I don’t have one, I was calling to see about doing biz with them, but I guarantee, that will NOT happen now…my biz will go elsewhere…AVOID FERRELL GAS!!!

If the company isn’t a fraud the tech sure is. They came to my house the end of December and told me they couldn’t fill my tank because we had added something on to their line. First off the line is mine and they are only responsible for the tank. Second I had installed a furnace in my barn and they stated regulator was installed backwards, which it was not. They would t fell the tank u til this was”corrected”. The regulator needed to be installed in a horizontal manor not vertical, however it was t installed backwards per the voicemail I received. So it was corrected to their liking so they would fill the tank. They were called and showed up a couple days later to fill the tank and they did leaving me a bill. Less than 30 days later a tech shows up when no one was home to “fill” my tank again. He was caught on camera only being there 5 min roughly to fill 200 gallons of fuel in a tank that was full already. Then they sent me a bill for 1500$ for both fills. I called to file a complaint and they said someone would get back to me and no one ever had other than demanding payment for fuel I didn’t receive.

Company had my grandparents waiting for 8 days in negative temperatures, made them make a payment, and arrived 1/18. Tank was empty, they shut the gas off after they filled it, and proceded to tell them that they needed a tech to come back out and light pilots on their electronic igniting appliances. Grandparents had to go outside and just turn the gas back on and all was well. Will never do business here again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have been a customer for almost 6 years. Last year I asked to be removed from their "Platinum Plan" its the feature they have to lock in the fuel price for a year. Well, I am still being charged for it. The tank has been painted 1 time since I have lived here. Also, I referred a friend, my neighbor that moved in last year and I NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR IT.

I can depend on Ferrell gas.Prices are competitive, and service is always prompt.

Had great service in the past, but over the past year it has gone downhill dramatically. Getting someone to answer the phone is an experience (and expensive) in itself. For this reason alone, I would NOT recommend using Ferrell gas.

They installed my tank a month ago and left the line unburied. They said they would be back first of week, haven’t seen them since. Made several phone calls and although the operator is nice and understanding it’s still not buried and I paid for it a month ago. I can only hope a tragedy doesn’t happen. A few days wait is understandable. A month wait is outright negligent. I also couldn’t believe that I seen almost this exact post by another customer. Just wow

Paid $700 upfront, couldn't even tell me when they could come out and get me setup!! 2 weeks later they showed up, unannounced and unprepared!! The service tech installed my tank and left the lines unburied, tank empty, left his tools, broke my siding on my house trying to install lines, and just left! I've been without heat for a week now, and not ONE person can tell me when they can finish the job! It's been week with no answers or dates!! But they found time to come get their tools!! Again! I paid up front in full well over a month ago!!! Worst business I've ever dealt with!! NEVER RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with Ferrellgas. First, you cannot reach the local office via phone. We requested to have a small propane tank filled and was told we'd have to drop it off and they would get to it that night. They never called to let us know it was finished. When we called them 2 days later we were not able to talk to the local office. Although the operator said she would send them a message to call us, they never did. On the 3rd day we went to try to pick up our tank and there was no one available at the office even though it was during their open hours. We are still without a tank. In short, we don't recommend this location for propane tank refills.

I asked Ferrellgas to fill my tanks this summer preparing for the winter season. The tanks were filled within a week.My brother who lives in 45 minutes from me and is not a Ferrellgas customer has been waiting over a month for his tanks to be filled with no communication about the delay or when the tanks might be filled.Custom service, being prompt and courteous goes a long way.

In tired of having to pay 39.99 a year for a membership for nothing. I mean really what do you get Propane fuel only varies a little during the off season so why should you have to pay to lock in a certain price

I have a large camper on the back of my property. They have a tank set and I have been running for over a year and a half on a hose system because you cant safely connect a copper line to a camper that is still used as a camper, there is to much motion. When I ordered a tank upgrade I was informed that I would have to auger and bury a copper line that I can't safely use, because the hose system that is REQUIRED for a camper is unsafe. It is 7 degrees, and I was informed that I would not be getting a refill until this impossible task was completed. Told directly that it will not be discussed. It will be done how they want or they will remove their tank. I have no choice but to make this possibly explosive change or I can go with out heat. My only available option is to buy a secondary tank that I will have to load up every 3 to 4 days and drive it to them for a refill. Because that is safer than having a rubber hose that they provided...
