I used to work at this facility and it's a great gym for military, retired military and DoD civilians. Tons of cardio machines, cybex machines, and free weights.

Excellent fitness centers- especially for how small the base is. Lots of variety in machines, free weights and cardio machines. Never been here on the weekend, but it's never crowded during the week. Had the free weight room all to myself for 2 hours at a time.
