“I ended up not getting the service because they were very honest with me about how it would be able to meet my needs and how it wouldn't. But I'm going to leave a five-star review because the customer service was absolutely amazing. They were not trying to get over on anyone in any way. We're completely honest and patient and kind and I wish every company was like this one.”
“T-Mobile is absolutely terrible and they have been taking my money the past couple months after I changed carriers. But the store manager Sabrina was absolutely great. Super helpful and courteous. She was able to get everything right. I do not recommend anyone use T-Mobile for service at all, but this is a good store.”
