I ended up not getting the service because they were very honest with me about how it would be able to meet my needs and how it wouldn't. But I'm going to leave a five-star review because the customer service was absolutely amazing. They were not trying to get over on anyone in any way. We're completely honest and patient and kind and I wish every company was like this one.

The installer was friendly and efficient the rating is only for the installer. The only concern I have with the whole process is that no one made me aware that this was through Hughes until after I had placed the order I am concerned about the rates being changed on me from what I was quoted in the text which I have kept for my records.

When they sell you the service/equipment, The sales department tell you "no data limits". Then after getting everything and hooked up using it for a week or so. Then I fined out it is 200 GB data cap. I was told by the payment department yes it is a 200 GB limit and if you would go over, they just shut you off. You can't pay extra to get more data and you won't get it back till the next monlthy cycle date. So with 2 teenagers with gaming, school and streaming it's not for me or any regular family theses days. I returned didn't want to take the chance. It was false advertisement. I still didn't get all my money back poor service.

Extremely polite and helpful. Technician went above and beyond what I expected. He stayed until I had both receivers working and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Everyone I have talked to on the phone has been fantastic!!! The installation man, Jason, was extremely professional while friendly and very knowledgeable of his field.
