I wanted to thank Tom, Rick and Drew, along with anyone else at your dealership that had a part in my purchase of the 2023 Tahoe. I had a first-class experience and wanted you to know how much I appreciated that. You guys were efficient and professional in every part of the transaction. I am a retired small business owner and understand and appreciate great service. I was willing to drive 600 miles to find the vehicle that I was looking for and was glad I made the trip. I would certainly recommend your dealership.

Highly recommend salesman Craig Carter; he did a fantastic job on helping my purchase go painless. Owner (Lon Ravesloot) and manager (Mark Hall) on the other hand will never conduct business with them again. Horrible representation of a business. They made it clear that they do not care about customer satisfaction; they simply care about making a sale. It’s sad when you try to do business local and it comes to this. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Paul Richard GM Center again. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone again!

I have purchased a car through Paul Richards. They were very fair with me. They gave me a $100 gas card and the car was full of gas when I left a lot.

First I want to apologize to Ryan Brown. When he first quoted me the price of the DEF pump and sensor. I thought I heard him say $320. so I said that includes labor. then he said no that includes labor. so I said cool. I have a hard time hearing things. so apparently He quoted $3200.00. what I heard is Three hundred and twenty "320" in my brain. but he said Thirty two hundred "3200" . when I went to the cashier I about cried. I told the cashier the story above. she called Ryan to come to the cashier. while I was waiting I told the cashier I can pay for the bill. so I ran my card. I told Ryan the story above that I did not hear him correctly when he quoted me the price. sorry for not hearing correctly. the guys at the service department are the greatest. they put up with me coming every other day and asking if it was done. because I thought it was just a pump and sensor that was bad. I couldn't understand why it was taking so long for 2 parts. at the cashier when I about cried the parts lady heard me and said she ordered alot of parts for the build. when I read the build sheet I understood the findings of corroded parts from the DEF. THANK YOU AGAIN JOHN DOTY. PLEASE give Ryan a thank you for me

They don’t honor gm discounts on trucks. Gm discounts are offered because they are earned. Bad business because “they can.”Go somewhere else. Several other dealers are offering honoring them.Cross this one off the list. Bad business practices - just lets you know this is a business that isn’t shy to pad your bill or add in extras that others don’t.

I took my truck in because of a vibration. They said it was my tires. Mind you the tires on my truck had less than 1000 miles on them. So I took it back to the tire store, the man put on a new set with "highway tread" I took it back to the dealership and they tried to tell me it was because of the 4/8 cylinder setup. Well that didn't stop the problem so he said he gives up and hopes that I find the problem but he couldn't help me. ???

The employees of this business are special. I brought a vehicle in and had a recall fixed and they found another issue that had given me trouble recently. At no charge I might add! They even did a quote to fix the new problem. THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

To get the trim and color I wanted, had to travel 150 miles to Paul-Richards GM Center. Casey made the whole buying experience a pleasure. I will drive the 150 miles again to buy my next GM vehicle.

The service department is too notch. From the moment you enter the service department it is a pleasant experience, and the mechanics do a great job on repairs. I would like to say Marco at the service desk was extremely helpful and professional. He arranged for warranty work and quick repairs to my car. What a great guy.
