Used to be good customer service but they ran off their good employees! Now it’s horrible and the manager doesn’t seem to care. They are losing me as a customer after years of being there. I will definitely not do any banking of any type with these people any more. So sad!

Run away FAST!!! Don't support their members!!! Make you pay for fraudulent charges cuz they don't know how to investigate them!!! Pathetic!!! There's a reason I'm changing banks! Duh?

Constantly garnished my account then I closed my account with this bank. They realized I was right about them taking my money for no reason they mailed me my money the NEXT YEAR GLAD IM NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!
