I rarely ever write reviews, but Bart was so unbelievably helpful that I cannot NOT share my experience. My partner and I called after struggling to jump my car on Labor Day. The shop was technically closed, but we were calling around because we were desperate. We believed that we needed a new battery. Bart could have easily told us that the battery was a goner and we needed to come in to pay for something, but instead he calmly walked us through troubleshooting how to get the car to jump. It took some time, but he didn’t rush us, rather he explained each step with rationales that made sense to us. He also gave us plans for how to navigate next steps if something more serious was wrong with the battery. He encouraged us to give him a call back if we had any questions (which we did). He was extraordinarily kind and it clear that he is not the kind of guy to rip you off to make more money. We are so grateful to him and could not recommend him more highly.

Bart is awesome! I will take my car to him and his team from now on. I was in a bad situation my fuel pump went out and he got me in right away. He is a really good guy and I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. I think he did a great job. They got things done in a timely manner and my car running great again! Thanks!

I brought my jeep to Bart and he did a great job however he forgot to plug in a fuel injector so I had to take it to another mechanic. Good guy but he needs to get someone to help him so he doesn’t have to get in a hurry.

3 hours from home and our van broke down. We towed it in to Precision and they were fast, honest, and thorough. We got it home fine and the owner followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was okay. (Who does that any more?) Great customer service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for wheel bearing replacement . The service at this place is amazing. There staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. I will only be using this shop from now on. The price was on point. Charged me less than the quoted price and was done same day

Bart and his team are very professional. They were informative and explained the details of what was wrong and of the service that was performed. My engine light has been on for a while and my mechanic could not get to the root of the problem. Precision was able to correctly diagnose and correct the issues. All fixed and running great! Can not believe how unprofessional bart is! They ripped me off and told me after a paid for a fix they said I could bring it back in for 800 dollars so that means I will pay a total of 1000 dollars for a heater problem!? I don’t think so sir and just so you know he said I begged him to fix my car! I didn’t beg him he’s a business and I looked him up for reviews before I went there should have just gotten a second opinion. Very disappointed!
