While my current stylist is no longer at Shear Indulgence, this is a really cute and welcoming little shop. It's located on a corner in a large older house. I'm not sure if the upstairs is residential, but the lower floor has been converted into a beauty salon. The front entrance has some large steps that may be difficult for some to maneuver, but the back entrance includes an accessible ramp for older and disabled clients. Private off-street parking is also available behind the building. All the ladies here have always been friendly, and conversational. They checked in with me to see when my appointment was and for whom I was waiting. The women here also offered me coffee as I waited. The shop is always clean and cutely decorated, especially at Christmastime. It's always lively with pleasant conversation and nice people, both clients and hairdressers. Of the shops I have tried in Miami County, this is by far the best. I will note, they do not do nails here, but they can meet all your hair needs.

For the haircut, the tall skinny lady wants $20, so I went to the other salon for $10 and I am totally satisfied. I will not go back to this salon plus I heard something bad about them.

I will never ever go back to that salon, their meds are the cheapest from China that will ruin your hair. That skinny lady is very irresponsible.

That tall, skinny, curly lady is very irresponsible. I set an appointment and when I went to the salon she wasn't there and the other beautician called her and she said she just got up 12 noon, my appointment is 11am. she is suppose to color my hair for our trip but she RUIN it. Millions of alibi, unbelievable and she did it to me 2x already. I will never go back there anymore, she did my hair last time it wasn't really good. Very irresponsible!!! Grow up lady!!!
