Customer service was good as far as it went.Associate could have shown, walked me over to the phones, and explained to me the various phones sort of a casual "Show and Tell ".He actually stayed at the front of the store and calculated my payments on his iPhone. In other words, when I asked about a specific model he would quote me prices when I joined him at the front of the store.He gave me info on how to get a "line release" which was important.And, he was professional but I wish he had been more "connected" with me as an individual customer.Oh yes, I live 3 miles east of Peru and I haven't been getting adequate reception from TMobile. When I informed the service personnel they just looked at each other, turned to me and said " you should."I have been with Sprint and TMOBILE for many years.

Had good service. Didn't understand a bill for $.1 cent. I went an payed my bill of $50.00. 2 weeks later got bill for $ .1 cents. I prefer for not to happen again. Thank Yu for the service. Yu need a Senior price of 30 %. What I'm paying now. Yur Company needs to give Senior citizens some kind of break. Please try. Thanks !
