You do have to get thu the stories she has. She has good intentions and is a kind woman. She did a good job.

To the person below who said she's had a rough life. That is no excuse. We all have had rough stuff in our lives like deaths, abuse, cancer. She lives nicely and owns her own business. There is no excuse for how awful a human being she is.
