I called this store due to delivery issues from the Speedway location. I was asking to cancel and see if I could order from this location instead. I was told that the Speedway and Plainfield stores were sister locations and asked what the problem was. I was told that I placed my order on Dec17th and delivery wasn't scheduled until January 6th. I waited all day on January 6th for the delivery just to have to call and be told the delivery driver called in and they didn't know when I could get back on the schedule for delivery. The rep at Plainfield said they shouldn't have told me that, the driver called in because his wife was in an accident and he had to take care of that. I said I understand but someone could have called or texted. He said he would get me on the schedule for Tuesday since they didn't deliver on Monday. I said ok, and can someone please call or text if it's not going to make it. He promised it would be here Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I called at 640pm to ask what happened. The lady that answered named Terri I think was very rude. I tried to explain what happened and she cut me off in the middle of my explanation and said they didn't deliver from that store, I said I spoke to someone on Saturday from this store and was trying to say they rescheduled the delivery. She once again cut me off very rudely and was very loud and agressive, my daughter even said what was her problem after I hung up. I eventually canceled the order after so much dishonesty and rudeness from the employees.

If you have to lease, they will charge you $1200 for a dryer that is worth $400. Shameful.

Just left and the lady working there was very rude! If I treated my patients like that I wouldn’t have a job. Should never huff at customers who ask a question that you have to go look up, and never say,”whatever” as you walk away!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Someone put a dent on the top of my EXPENSIVE Samsung dryer when delivered and I didn’t notice at first. I have called to resolve my issue and every single time, I’m just tossed away and ignored! Or they will “promise” to call me back then never do! I am paying this company monthly for my dryer, I deserve to get a replacement! Poor job Plainfield Aaron’s. If I could stop my payments with this lousy company, I would in a heartbeat!

I want to thank the good folks at Aaron's for delivering yesterday..I was supposed to be delivered too but some how I wasn't on the board but they made sure to get delivered as promised...the guy came out showed my son how the new TV worked made sure all was OK before leaving definitely a go to place thank you ?

Aaron's was a curiosity for me. Stopped in to browse and some of the items are nice. It's basically a company which leases furniture and other items. After looking through the store I did see a PS5 available. Total cost to purchase 1800.00. leasing option on a payment was 125.00. Total cost upwards of 3000.00. it's nice the people who do not have the ability to purchase out right have an option, yet the overall cost is high.

We leased a Samsung dryer it works great . We decided to buy it. The man that installed our dryer was very knowledgeable and explained about any codes that I needed to look up in my owners manual. I would definitely go back to them for another purchase. Connie was awesome in explaining the contract and setting up our delivery and payment program. Thank again great team work at the Plainfield location.
