My experience with Caliber Collision was a good one. They informed me of the progress every business day. The work was done when they said it would be. When complete, the bumper looked like new. I would recommend to friends and family.

Took my 2025 Silverado to Plainfield Caliber. They then towed it to McCarty in Indy. When I got the truck back in about 3.5 weeks. I noticed scratches on the brand new door and paint. My dome light was literally hanging from the headliner. To top it off I noticed the backup camera is all out of alignment. Luckily the lady I talked to about the 2 items listed said drop it off and they will fix the issues. The camera I didn’t mention cause I just noticed it. If they fix it I will update my review. I plan on calling tomorrow since I dropped it off on a Sunday for corrective action.

It took almost 3 weeks to replace a tire, and 2 wheels. When I finally picked up my car I waited over 45 minutes because the manager was gone, and they didn’t know how to take my payment. They called another office and told them to take my payment. I did not feel comfortable giving that information over the phone with everyone around. I drove an hour to pick up my car, so I didn’t want to wait any longer, or have to come back. On a positive note…my car was VERY clean, and smelled like a new car! 😊

Shelby went above and beyond. Shelby communicated with me almost every day. Then when I picked up my car it was so clean and it was detailed. I was completely shocked!! My car was hit in my work parking lot and I was worried it wouldn't look too great. Shelby made sure that my car looked brand new. The lady at the front desk was so kind and was very helpful!!I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Plainfield.
