I came 1.5 hour before my 10pm appointment. Had to tuen around and come back 30 min before appointment.
NO waiting area for trucks waiting for unloading.
NO live guards at the gave. Just indians on telecom.
Had to park my truck into parking spot 265 and walk to office by dock 101. Why? Very inconvenient convenient walk.
All staff was on lunch. Why? Even though I came by appointment time.

Gotta deal with 3rd party to get in the gate. Audio was hard to hear and understand

Real-time unloading, you can only arrive 30 minutes in advance, don't arrive early or you will be allowed in! This yard is very small and there is no extra parking space. You can go to the dock as soon as you enter the door, and unloading is still very fast

Remote check in as driver. Outsourced personnel.
Barely understood what they are saying. No guidance whatsoever. No facilities for drivers , except two porta johns which are repulsive not just by the way they look but the smell as well.

Most confusing place I’ve been too all because of the “advancement” in technology they got going on here at Amazon…. For 1… You have a room full of people in India on the FaceTime machine checking you in… You can’t understand a word they’re saying & they have no clue what’s going on… They then tell me to drop it even though it’s a live unload.. I’m like alright… Then I was told it’s still a live unload by the actual people here… So I then had to rehook & then unhook when in a dock… Almost a 2 hour wait to unload & there’s no one here but me… Is this some kind of experiment????

Came to pick up an empty trailer two hours earlier lady at intercom said to come after 30 minutes, when I asked if they have any empty she said yes but still I need to come back after 30 minutes ??♂️

Video check in at gate, they assign a door, back in, get unloaded. Prettyeasy... Had 42k of pet food, and was out in less than hour

Toxic Site & Cancerous Culture. Couldn't care less about their employees. Low employee morale, low pay, lack of investment and appreciation for employees. Managers are unfair. This was the absolute worst job I've ever had in my entire life. Don't work here!
