Some theaters have a delay between the sound and picture ~5 minutes. Other than that, everything about this location is great. Fresh popcorn and topping. Clean areas. Friendly staff. A great experience all around!

I was there today, I was greeted at the front. Then went to counter, I got to see Freakier Friday today. The theater was nice. Reclining seats. Great quality in movies and sound. The staff is friendly and kind. I ordered popcorn, drink and candy, got it right away.. it was great to come see the movie. I even cried. Definitely worth coming into to see the movies. I absolutely love our theater. I'm coming back for sure.

Not the best theater around. Kind of dirty and smaller. They sent me to the wrong theater twice in my experiences. Lol but the staff is pretty awesome 😎

I reserved tickets well in advance for a special event movie that cost nearly $30 per ticket. My friend and I drove three hours to get to the theater. The ticket taker scanned the tickets on my phone and directed us to theater number 4. We sat there 30 minutes and when the movie didn’t start, I went back to the ticket taker and let him know. He said he would call the projectionist and take care of it. Ten minutes later and we were still sitting there. I asked for a manager and was told that the movie showing had been canceled the night before. They said I would be getting a refund. If I was really getting a refund, why were my tickets able to be scanned?? There was no refund. I purchased my tickets through fandango, and fandango will not give a refund when the showtime has passed. If I had been told up front before I had my tickets scanned, I could’ve gotten a refund and gone to a different theater. This was an event movie, and now it’s over. P.S. When I asked for compensation for driving 6 hours round trip and wasting so much gas at $3.79/gallon, the manager gave me two free movie passes for a regular movie. It doesn’t quite make up for the gas, time, huge disappointment and $17 that I spent on two small sodas…

First time I had been in several years and I can definitely say that I haven’t been missing out on anything. Walk in, of course no one to help you buy tickets, just the kiosk…. Spend probably 5-6 minutes trying to get tickets and apparently that machine was down but not marked so you would know….so after wasting time I got the tickets at the only other kiosk there. It was not easily clear what combinations could be made with the drinks and popcorn and the person at the counter had to look them all up…. I was pretty sure he said we needed to go to theater 10 for the movie but there was no movie listed at each door so it was a gamble and since I had 500 things in my hands I waited til we got in there to break out the ticket and double check the number. The bathrooms were gross, first three toilets hadn’t been flushed and or had toilet paper all over the seats. I found one that looked somewhat clean and when I went to wash my hand there were no paper towels…. You need to do some work at this one! I’ll stick with Mooresville movies!

Movie was good ! The seats were dirty you couldn’t even sit in the seat with the popcorn and butter stains without messing up
Your clothes! Luckily I carry Lysol wipes in my purse! The bathrooms (Yes I went to the other women’s rest room still the same) soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smell of Urine and something I can’t put my nose on made me hold my bladder until
I made it home. Tissue had poop on it, employees need to do better I know we are human and get tired but that definitely a safety hazard!

Could year the audio from the next theater over during the quieter parts of the movie I was watching. Otherwise, ticket purchasing was easy, concessions were good, and seats were relatively comfortable.
