This store did not have very many options for low rise jeans. a staff member was willing to help me but did not seem knowledgeable about where products were along the store.

The prices are ridiculously expensive and the selection isn’t great. The clothing that I am interested in is never at this location but in stock at the other locations. This happens regularly. The sizes on the clearance racks were very unorganized by size and there were also clothes on the floor that seemed to be there for awhile. The staff were very rude to me and ignored me. Walked in and walked out. I would recommend going to H&M or another clothing store nearby for better selections and prices.

Consistently the staff is unfriendly. I don't want to say rude but just an inconvenience to have to wait on customers especially if it's a return. They also get annoyed with you when you look up the clothing item online to price match. Pretty soon brick and mortars will be obsolete due to the bad customer service and employees who could care less.

This is my go to American Eagle because of how close it is to me. The selection is great and I always love how much discounted aerie stuff there is. That being said, the staff are usually pretty cold and come across as rude. I always feel like I’m being an inconvenience just for asking for help. It’s obvious none of them want to be there or help very much. Also I am BEGGING for the temperature to be turned down.

This is my go to place! The employees are so nice and easy to talk to! I love going here and the clothes are sooooo cute too! Always clean as well! They should get a raise!

I am not one to leave bad reviews. I went To exchange jeans I received from Christmas that did not fit. The young gal up front was extremely rude. If you work in customer service you should have a smile on your face and welcome a customer. That did not happen she did not want to be there. Needless to say I could not exchange my jeans. I love American eagle jeans but will starting looking for a new brand
