If I could give a Zero stars I would. Where to begin. Where to start off when I purchased the vehicle in Jun 2024. I had taken it to The Elite Auto to get new tires and wheels. The own of Elite informed me that all my shocks were busted. The rear air shocks were busted and the front right shock was seized up to where it wouldn’t even drop down when he had it on the lift so I took it back to Andy mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield and explain to them what Elite Auto had found they did take care of it because it was checked off on the 110 certified inspection that all the shocks were good so they ate that up and fixed it. A few months later something to do with the suspension had a popping noise so I took it in. They wouldn’t fix it because the under body of the chassis was rusted around the area even though the warranty, which I bought bumper-to-bumper warranty should’ve fixed never did and they scratched my side mirror when they pulled it out now I got a blue stripe on my side mirror so I decided I would never go to Andy mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield this year in June 2025. My transmission went out so I took it to Gregg Hubler Chevrolet because one they were closer and I had so many issues with Andy mohr in Plainfield. I didn’t want to deal with them. I was willing to pay the extra hundred dollar deductible on the insurance for the claim. Greg Hubler Chevrolet Mooresville was able to get my transmission fixed and back to me within a week had no issues no problems couple months ago in October my thermostat went out. I took it into Gregg Hubler Chevrolet in Mooresville. They had to run a diagnostics on it had to get it confirmed to get it fixed with the warranty company. Andy mohr released it saying they could do it same as a transmission and everything was fixed within a day now, engine light came on about a week ago take it back to Gregg Hubler Chevrolet and they said that it was the catalytic converter. I also had a busted CV boot And a bolt that was broken off of the somewhere underneath the warranty company said they would cover it, but Andy mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield had to release it. I was told that Andy mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield would not release it to get fixed at Gregg Hubler Chevrolet Mooresville and that I would need to bring it to Andy mohr Ford in Plainfield to get another diagnostics and another claim in order for them to fix it. Mind you I’ve already paid the hundred dollar diagnostics at Gregg Hubler Chevrolet so I asked Andy mohr in Plainfield if they would compensate me for the hundred dollars that I had to spend and they told me no. It’s been a week they called me today to come pick it up I come and pick it up and now it has a knocking very odd noise and I refuse to take it home so I left it there. I am so disappointed in the service department. I would never ever buy another vehicle from Andy mohr ever again.

I would give negative stars if possible. Zach Hiney and Derek have zero integrity. They both lied about getting ahold of us . We had a deal with them, had our financing in hand, and we were told that we could pick our car up at the dealership anytime before 7 o'clock tonight. On our way there at 3 o'clock and receive a phone call that they have sold the car to someone else. Lied saying that they had tried to get a hold of us when they had not.

Took daughter to purchase a car. Finance (Sparks), was more interested in selling her the extended warranty and gap insurance than anything else After she said no to both, he could not wait to get her out of his office. Very poor.

I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)

I found a car online and called about it. I went in the next day to test drive it and I was able to trade my current car and drive off the lot with the new car, that same day! My salesman Jacob was friendly and knowledgeable about their services as well. Financing dept was easy going and once I was approved they were able to get me the payment I had asked for. Definitely good service!

When I called initially to set an appointment I had to call 3 times to finally get a receptionist. Every time I called there was no answering of the phone in the service center. Once I finally got through the receptionist was not very helpful it was off putting. I almost hung up and called another location. I had to repeat and spell name out at least 5 times because she wasn't listening. This was my first time here and I needed an emergency service done. They were able to provide with a shuttle home while they serviced my vehicle. The service was quick and Brock communication was pretty good. He was able to apply my warranty to my service and made the calls to get it done. I received my car back within 7 hours after being told it should be 24-48 hours before diagnostic could be completed. Overall my experience was fair. They definitely can communicate a little better when it comes to the service they are providing. I should be able to know why a service is recommended and what is the priority service at the time of visit.

**update to the owners reply. We did call and nothing would be done. I didn't know 24,000 was a lower priced car. My husband and I went to buy a van, it was evening so we didn't see all the dents on the vehicle until after purchased the next day but we just thought you know we can deal with that. We've had it now 13 days and the battery is shot. My husband pops the hood and it's a 2013 battery in a 2019 van. Tell me how that makes sense. Call the dealership and they will do absolutely nothing about it. Kevin was our sales guy, he wasn't overly nice but wasn't really rude.. very blunt and to the point. Over all I do NOT recommend this dealership, you will find much nicer somewhere else and I will never recommend.

I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed because I had an engine light come on, paid $150.00 for that diagnostic. They wanted to charge almost triple for the repair compared to other dealers of the same status, I took it to a local garage and the diagnostic I received from Andy Mohr was very inaccurate!

I had an amazing sales experience with Jed Adams! He’s very personable and cares about his customers. When our first vehicle fell through because of some unforeseen mechanical issues identified right after purchase, he and the team at Andy Mohr Plainfield were great at making sure I was taken care of and got me into a another vehicle that I (almost?) love as much as the first one. Their customer service is second to none!

My check engine light was on so I took it to this dealership & picked it up the next day. Paid for it to be "fixed". As soon as I pulled off the lot my check engine came back on so I took it back. They called & said it was ready and when I picked it back up the next day the engine light was still on. This was the 3/4 time I done dropped my car off with them and my check engine light is still on. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't fix anything on my car & just charged me.
