My wife and i purchased a truck from here put 20k down and financed about 12k. I received paperwork for payment from the finance company saying I was approved for a personal loan through the dealership, not an auto loan.I call finance company and im told that is what was applied for not an auto loan. The rates for a personal loan for my almost 800 credit score are 7.92 but their auto loan rates for my credit score are 5.35. I feel andy mohr is purposely selecting higher rates and not even showing you the other offers even though they are running your credit multiple places. I will never do business with them again, this is shady business and would recommend you don't as well. Will be speaking to the BBB and FTC about this.

Was told the issue would be resolved in a day, upon delivering the vehicle for repair they said it may take up to 3 days.
It was fixed within a day, I received new tires and a RR wheel hub replacement. It has been less than a week. I called today and left a message due to loud metal on metal grinding from where the wheel hub was replaced to ask if that was normal or if I should return. No response back. Now I’m driving a daily vehicle with only the internet to tell me that grinding after a wheel hub replacement could mean a defective installation. I will call again to get this fixed but I will not be returning my vehicles to this dealership for any other repair.

Older slim parts advisor, saved me 40-70$ on wheel keys and lug nuts. Out of all dealerships I've dealt with, Andy mohr ford and chevy have so far last 20 years have done me right.. I won't stray anymore. 3 other dealerships and 3 pos cars with 3 types of services. Never again
