This place has a great selection of cars. Came here yesterday and Buddy Reed approached us as soon as we were on the lot. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped us find a great car and worked within our budget!

I was pretty disappointed with the level of attention I received from my service advisor Brian N. They had my car for almost 3 weeks. I had to call to make sure they got the car after an after hours drop-off. When I called he stated my car was not there, then he finally found it. After several days I had to call and see if they had even looked at it yet. Then he stated the warranty company was coming to look at it, which is fine, but he didn’t list all of the items on my ticket. I’m ok with an oversight with otherwise good service, but this was not the case. I then had to call back after 4 days to see what the warranty company had to say and he again forgot the same item and had to have them come back out. I finally had to talk to the service manager (Shelby Y.) and got answers from her. The actual repairs to the vehicle so far are as expected and correct.

I procrastinated and the survey expired for me so I came here to leave a review.I went here looking for a 2023 Black Ford Bronco Outer Banks. I wasn’t a fan of the white and brown interior colors. They make broncos with black with navy blue interiors, but I couldn’t find any yet. Aubrey and Brett sat down with me and my husband to talk through options and what I ultimately wanted. Previously I had checked at a few other dealerships and nobody wanted to search for what I wanted. Brett and Aubrey located exactly what I wanted and brought it to Indy for me! I still love my bronco and can’t thank them enough for caring and hearing me. Thank you guys!

We would purchase another vehicle here in the future. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and went out of their way to make the process smooth. As with any new car purchase, read the contract and make sure nothing is added that wasn’t agreed to up front. I think it’s a shady practice, but it’s common and it happened here. When it was pointed out, it was quickly removed without argument. So all in all, a fantastic buying experience.

The whole sales process was smooth and efficient. In less than 2 hours, I was able to test drive a car, negotiate a great price and drive away in a new car. My salesman, Steven, was very knowledgeable, professional, and upfront with the total costs of the vehicle and helped me get the best deal possible. I will definitely purchase another vehicle in the future from Andy Mohr Ford!

From top to bottom, side to side, our experience with the dealership was top notch. Our no-pressure salesman, Chase Longest, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager, Michelle Doll, was absolutely a doll and a total delight to work with. The finance guy, Andy Gregoire, made the paperwork as fun as possible- which is saying a lot! They stayed well beyond business hours on a Saturday to ensure all of our questions answered and we were comfortable with the 2 new vehicle purchases. 10/10 recommend Andy Mohr Ford. Be sure to ask for Chase!

We bought a used care from Andy Mohr Ford. It had been certified used and from the test drive and looks of it was a great car. Well, we bought it 2 weeks ago and it has spent 1 1/2 weeks in their shop. Now, I cannot get any return phone calls or texts from the dealership to give me an update of them car. I really am afraid we spent $10k on a lemon and they just have very terrible service.

I found a car on their website and called and talked to Maureen about the vehicle and told her of my interst and indicated we would come that evening to look at it. Upon arriving at Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield, she was not there and there was a sales associate "working" with a customer on that paticular car. I told them how dissappointing that was but the kind associate said they can't "HOLD " a car without a deposit. The people that were looking at my car of interest was trying to get financed however I said I am ready to buy and had a check in hand. They would not entertain that idea of me purchasing cause they were "HOLDING" the car for the people trying to get financed. This is a buch of double speaking hipocracy!!! First one with money should be able to buy!! No different than going to the store and having someone looking at a product and trying to figure out how to afford it but someone coming in with money and taking it off the shelf and buying it. Be assured Andy Mohr has left a rotten taste in my mouth and I will be assured to tell everyone what crappy business practices they use!!!

Bait and Switch. They had two vehicles posted online. When I got there on 9/13/23 (1.5 hour drive), they told me one of the two vehicles had a deposit on it. The other vehicle I came to see??? "Oh no, that price on Cars.com is wrong...it's a third party site..." Folks, cars.com doesn't make stuff up. The dealership would have had to initiate the posting. Jump ahead two days, the same vehicle that had a deposit (I don't believe this for one minute) is now reduced in price. Oh, poor Andy Morh!! Mean old Cars.com is changing the prices on your vehicles without our knowledge. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE. DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE. Andy Mohr needs to stop making commercials and start policing what his dealerships are doing. But of course, that would require he actually gives a sh!t.

It was a great experience, even though I was putting a new engine in my truck Brian was very thorough and kept me informed and I can’t remember the guys name in parts. I want to say Calvin but I could be wrong. He was very sympathetic when he had to give me the price of the new engine anyway I spent $12,100 and my truck is like a brand new truck

Horrible experience! We went online and found the vehicle we wanted. Setup an appointment online to make sure the vehicle was available. Next morning, 9/5, at 8:51am Customer Care Representative Donna Owen tells us vehicle is available and we setup appointment to be there at 7pm. I explained that was the earliest we could get there and she assured me the vehicle would be waiting on us and ready for a test drive. I proceeded to tell her we’d have a trade in if she’d like the info to get an idea as to what we’d be trading. At 10:49am received an email back that 7pm was a perfect time and to send her the info on the trade and while we were test driving their vehicle they’d finish up trade in value when they saw our vehicle. At 11:41am Donna emailed back after I tried calling her and instead of returning my call she relied email that she received my info and she’d see us that evening. At 6pm I called dealership to confirm we were still coming asked for Donna and once again she did not answer. Reception said they would let her know we were on our way. When we got there we found out Donna wasn’t there and hadn’t been there for quite sometime and we were given a sales associate. They immediately started appraising our trade in. After about 35-40 mins they proceed to tell us the truck we came to look at sold an hour before we arrived!!!! We made an appointment was not asked to put a deposit down! We called and specifically asked if it was available and double checked to let them know we were on our way!!! We were told the vehicle would be ready and waiting for us to test drive. Very unprofessional and as we were there several Sale associates were just standing around while customers were agitated by having to walk in and ask for help since no one seemed to want to go out on the lot. I will not be back to do business with this dealership ever again!!! A courtesy call if someone else was interested in the vehicle is what should have happened from the Customer Care Rep and I should have been asked to hold the truck with a deposit instead of selling out from underneath me. Another dealership will be more than glad to have our business as we are repeat Ford customers and be treated as we should.

Always go here for service. Fast and friendly. I feel like they are always fair on prices as compared to other shops. Although, if they get me for another set of swollen lug nuts I probably won't be so understanding. ??Today's visit I give them 5 stars

The service department is excellent. Do the job quickly and listen to our concerns! But what I really wanted to comment is about the “ classy hotel” atmosphere in the waiting room❣️The chocolate muffin was beyond delicious and very good coffee. We were able to watch a movie about beautiful Hawaii that is now charred. We watching history ?the bathroom are the best, not only clean, smell good, there were plenty of paper goods. Aesthetic colors. I loved the two faucets! Someone really paid attention to details❣️I love coming here, it makes us feel appreciated ? oh I almost forgot the red head Lady at thecashier,she is really good at her job! Very friendly but about business ❣️

If you are looking into buying a car, ask for Kyle Hensley. Best in the business and he made the experience so great. Our finance guy, Andy, was also amazing! Highly recommend Andy Mohr Ford :)
