I went in to an ATT store and ordered a new iPhone 17 Pro; updating from an iPhone 13 Pro. I specifically told the sales person that I did NOT want the insurance or the “Next Up”. They were both added to my plan anyway. He told me AT&T sometimes adds those automatically. When I asked him to remove those, he tried but AT&T would not let him remove those. This is a WARNING to others upgrading AT&T has some very deceptive policies of adding services to your account and then refusing to cancel them.

I was able to get my screen protector replaced here cheaply due to my warranty, had to come here after the Greenwood location refused my ID. Employees here have been great all times I’ve come in.
