The AutoZone in Plainfield, Indiana was wonderful to me today. A gentleman named Robert, who had been manager, but is retired was such a blessing. He could not have been more helpful. Check my battery found me a battery within my budget and put it in for me, I cannot compliment him or that AutoZone enough.

I was in this store on Thursday July the third. Anthony the Store Manager, made sure I was 100% taken care of. I had a super weird problem with my van. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it just did nothing. Anthony checked my battery, starter, and alternator, FOR FREE! It turned out that my battery was on the edge of bad. He told me the blue stuff on the terminal may be part of the problem. When he was changing the battery a bit later, that terminal BROKE! But that didn’t stop him, he replaced that too, and I was able to drive to my mom’s house in Illinois. I’ll never go anywhere else for a battery. This made me a customer forever. Thank Yu Autozone, and thank you Anthony!

I just came to this AutoZone to get a new battery because my car would not start. Associate name, Soloman assisted me from start to finish! He was so friendly so kind so generous to help me out I thought I would have to buy a whole new battery until he told me I had warranty. He helped me out and he has some talks about the car and everything. He took all the battery for me put in the new battery. He was so kind throughout the whole process. This guy is amazing! Super friendly and saved my day!

Kayla went above and beyond to ensure they had the part physically in stock that i needed for my truck. They were moving all the inventory around in the store and she made the necessary calls the make sure she found it. Some parts store experiences can be awful but this was excellent. Shoutout Kayla and this store in general. Me and my 6.0 thank you! #GOATED

I called and spoke with Kaila she was so friendly and helpful she took my name and number called other stores near my location one store had the part she called me back seconds later telling me where to pick it up. I know that’s part of her job, but I appreciate her for helping, because the other AutoZone stores I called kept me on hold or weren’t helpful. Thanks again Kaila.

There are no words to describe the wonderful service I received from them. They truly went above and beyond. What they believe in is true service to their customers. Anyone that needs help with their car, I trust that they will give it their all. The fact that the problem I'm having with my car, we couldn't figure it out. They reached out to me to come back in because they are determined to find the answer. I'm telling you, this kind of service is very hard to find in this world.
