My family has relied on Belle Tire for 90% of our vehicles needs for 3 years now. We just got our 3rd tire replacement, I cant tell you how many warranty replacement tires, alternator, tire pressure sensors and everything in-between. From the moment we walk in to the the moment we walk out we are 100% taken care of. Staff is amazing, kind and understanding. Work is done fast, well and is covered under warranty. Connor and Katie are ALWAYS amazing to work with ❤️ They are always our first call when there is an issue and I don't see that changing anytime soon!

Took one of my cars over to Belle Tire for a new battery. Conner was GREAT. BUT the female standing up front answering the phone hair pulled back in a bun should have probably stayed home today. Nasty attitude. Her attitude just SUCKED. SHE know who she is. I mean it JUST SUCK!!!!!!!

When you are buying new tires, they will tell you all about free rotations. When you go in for said free rotations, they will give you absurd wait times to avoid the work. The money I saved wasn’t worth the service I lost. I should’ve stuck with discount tire.

I would give 5 stars but I specifically asked if I would get a free alignment check but apparently they didn't do it . It said on the receipt that I declined it. But I didn't. Don't even try to book anything through the website, it doesn't work right. I would pick the tires I wanted then trying to book an appointment it would just set with the confirm button spinning I even kept it going for 10 minutes then it would come on and ask if I wanted to shop for tires ?! It was super frustrating, I started all over again, I did that several times hoping it would finally work . Because I did schedule online before with no problem. It was late at night when I tried to schedule it , so I couldn't call the store so I called customer service. They called me right back 1st thing Saturday morning. I do love their mechanics and customer service reps. They are usually so professional and respectful. They usually have the best prices and deals on tires in my area. I wish they were closer to where I live , I would use it a lot if it was.

Got an alignment here after having multiple at Andy Mohr over the last year and never feeling like it actually made a difference and not even sure they even performed the work. I could tell Belle actually did the job and my vehicle is running more smoothly and not bouncing around. The guys at the front desk are really nice and informative. Love the waiting room, love that they take the vehicle around to the garage for you and also remove the paper mats when they return your vehicle to parking. Good place, will return.

Scheduled my appointment today for 2 new tires and they got me in very quickly. The assistant managers (Brad & Connor) were super nice, and when there was an issue with my tire installation they got it fixed as quickly as possible after parts came in! Always bring my vehicles to this location, thanks so much guys!!

You should know something is up when they wont commit to a time estimate. "We are almost done with an alignment and your next". 1/2 hour later my car is still where I parked it. Witnessed lots of employees doing very little. Once they actually started working they got it done quickly.......still 1 hr for an oil change when "your the next one."
