Took my vehicle in to get tire fixed. Valve stem needed replaced was leaking air. They replaced it for free. Was very quick and nice. Have never had such great service from auto repair shop like this. Was very happy I took my vehicle here. I tried to pay but would not take anything. For any of my future needs on my vehicle will definitely make the hour drive to Big O Tires. Thank you to Ryan,manager who was very helpful and very friendly.

My mom came in today and 3 men worked on her car they were amazing she knows 2 of there names not sure the 3 man’s name but Cameron and Brandon and the other man was amazing I’ll definitely be back

I have always been treated with respect. They don’t try to push unnecessary items or services. My wife is comfortable enough that she will schedule and go to appointments by herself. I would recommend them.

Great service at a fair price. I have been dealing with these guys for years. They are professionals that you can trust. This trip I had an Oil change, rotate and balance tires. In and out in about 1 hr. Good stuff!

As a chick in a truck walking into a car shop, I am usually prepared to be talked down to or have attempts made to be taken advantage of. This has NEVER been the case at the Plainfield store. Everyone has always been extremely gracious and helpful. At work the other day I looked out the window to find that one of my tires was extremely flat. I was thankfully able to get my vehicle to Big O, and asked them to take a look at it, and if they had time, if they could give me some advice on future replacements. They patched my tire (and it is HOLDING) in just a few hours after I went back to work for the afternoon, and didn't charge me a dime. I worked with Lance specifically and cannot thank him enough for all his help. When I went back to get my truck, he took the time to sit down with me and look at MULTIPLE options for replacement tires and helped to explain everything. 100% recommend and genuinely trust the Plainfield Big O!

The service was great. They were honest and helpful in making decisions on repairs and services needed. Whether is just an oil change, new tires, brakes, or more they take care of our vehicles like they care about all customers.
