“I cannot say enough about how much I love the customer service at Reese. Martin has repeatedly gone above and beyond for us (contractors) and our clients. If I need something last second, and it’s not in Plainfield, he calls Jimmy in Broadripple, and it’s ready to go. Or, if we have a job going soon, he is quick to move things to get them our way. The entire sales staff is so helpful- all of them. The warehouse guys are always friendly. Reese isn’t just a place to buy supplies. It’s also a place that I can turn to when a product question comes up, or I’m debating between solutions for a client’s problem. Martin isn’t just a sales guy behind a counter, but a real resource for me. It’s nice that Reese hires knowledgeable people/trains their employees in this way. It sets them apart from some other suppliers.”

“Good selection of generators. Ended up finding the right size for what I needed without much hassle. I even spotted a 17,000 watt one, didn’t even know they made them that big. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market.”

“Title: Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff at Beacon Building Supplies”Mr Keith”Review:I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beacon Building Supplies and I must say, it was a truly great experience. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Keith, who assisted me with my order, demonstrated exceptional customer service.Mr. Keith was not only incredibly friendly, but also very humble. As soon as I pulled into the facility, he promptly approached me and provided clear directions on what to do next. Despite the tight facilities, he efficiently guided me through the process and had me loaded in no time. What impressed me the most was Mr. Keith's friendliness and his ability to keep me informed throughout the entire transaction. His willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued as a customer. In fact, if I were in a position to hire, I wouldn't hesitate to consider Mr. Keith for a job or even give him a well-deserved pay raise.Overall, Beacon Building Supplies exceeded my expectations. Their promptness, friendly atmosphere, and Mr. Keith's exceptional service make it a top-notch spot to pick up supplies. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of building materials.”
