Called to make an appointment for removal of my acrylics. After trying 3 times in an hour finally someone picked up. Lady who answered the phone told me to find somewhere else because they were way too busy all week..... A removal is one of the simplest things. She could've been nicer about it, disgusting attitude.

Well that was rude.. don't call and ask questions if you have never been here before.. the lady who answered the phone sounded disgusted that I didn't know it was a "by appointment only" salon.. even if it was late one can still be polite and have nice customer service...little did they know I was going to spend $$$$$$
