Whoever is in not running this place should be fired! ATMs down a good 20% of the time, never enough tellers. IMCU is right across the street maybe its time to give then a shot. UpDate: ATM issue continues plus I called to speak with someone and after a long message finally got put on hold to wait for the next avaiable associate only for the automated response to pick up minutes later and tell me they were busy and I should call back later then said good bye and hung up on me. This is not acceptable, you dont treat people, let along customers this way. No wonder they are down to 3.3 stars on google.....I am amazed it is that high. Today....I start my process of leaving Chase.

I was told on the phone as well as in a previous appointment I could come in for a walk-in to set up a savings account. I already have a checking account with Chase. I was told I had to leave because no one could help me, that they are too busy. I was told to not wait because they would NOT be helping me today. I am a teacher and took a half day for this that I cannot get back. I am so disappointed not to mention all of the other bad experiences I have had with Chase lately.

I have banked at Chase for about 25 years. Their customer service is getting worse all the time. The branches refuse to answer the phone. Stay local.

Depends who you get as a teller . I had one bad teller . Rest of the time the teller been very nice and helpful. They are fast , reliable service and efficient.

Rude and worst customer service ever!. Went in for some banking assistance she refused to provide any service to me just because she don’t want to do her!. If you want any assistance or business done with chase go to Avon location!.

Dealing with a parent with dementia is so exhausting! They refused to print off my mom’s bank statement bc her license expired 2 months ago even though she had her bank card and could verify her social security number and even had a picture of her social security card among a wallet full of other things with her name plus insurance card. When I had to leave the BMV to show them her social security card the lady could see I was stressed and was rude and condescending, and made sure to be as slow and inconsiderate as possible. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would switch banks to a local bank that truly wants to help its customers and ease the burden of a caregiver. Not the first time they’ve messed up as well!

Did business with these guys and gals for almost a year. Never had a bad experience. Always got great customer service. Especially from the folks working the drive thru on Thursday's! Keep up the great work!

Good luck getting any cash you have deposited. I called ahead to withdraw some of my cash in my account, and was told it would take a week to get it. This is ludicrous! I understand that it may not be feasible to withdraw large amounts of money on the same day, but a week? Phone representatives didn't care. I even spoke with a branch supervisor that treated it as a joke.

Staff are friendly and helpful, but the ATMs outside are always having issues and cannot accept deposits or dispense cash. I think I have had this issue more than three times in the last few months. Not sure what is up with the poor reliability with the ATMs at this location compared others. Never had an issue with staff and they make time to help you out.
