Stopped in to get an estimate. There was nobody in the parking lot and nobody at the business except for the old grouchy man running it. He was lazy, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I left there and went straight to Caliber Collision.

I recommend coming here for any and all damages done to your vehicle. Louie was very helpful and friendly and explained everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond to also explain what the insurance companies look for in order to get it fixed. He also took the time to explain everything in the estimate report. Very professional business I recommend this to everyone.

I have used this company for years. It must be owned by someone else. I came to this conclusion, because I have always enjoyed talking to the owner and one of the workers there. I didn't take my vehicle this time because someone at the desk made me feel very unwelcome.Perhaps he had a bad day .

This is the number one place to go to for anything you need done to your vehicle. My 2016 Maxima came in with a busted mirror, a dented hood, and scrapes from a Carwash. And the car came back looking brand new. The staff was ON IT, and they completely NAILED IT. The man at the front desk, Louie, was the most helpful and friendliest person which made the process go way smoother than I originally expected. They even cleaned my car too! 15 out of 10 stars! They really take great care of their customers!Services: Painting

Nicest staff and owner. Wife ran over a parking spot concrete stopper and when putting it in reverse, the rebar pulled off the front bumper. Rather than running up costs and say I need a whole new bumper, the crew worked to get it popped back on flush and looking brand new. One day to diagnose and get the parts in, the next day it was all done! Amazing service and team! (And I think they even cleaned the car a little? Needed replacement for an outside mirror on an eight year old car. Suggested using a used mirror, the first one did not work properly due to some electrical issues. They worked very hard trying to find a good used mirror, which took a little longer than anticipated. Works just like the original now. Very happy with the service. A new mirror from the dealer would have cost two to three times as much. Thank you to Louie for your excellent service.

What a fantastic experience!I went in with relatively minor damage, but it was enough that I wanted it fixed. They fixed it while I waited, which was all of about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me. This really speaks volumes about honesty and character. They could have just as easily kept my vehicle for a few hours, done the exact same work, and charged me pretty much whatever they wanted. I would have been just as happy and none the wiser. I hope not to have any more body damage to my vehicle but if I do there is no question as to who I will take it to. They truly demonstrate what is said in Luke 16:10 "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much."The attached picture shows the finished product (my driver's side rear bumper). This was scuffed by a Dodge Ram dually that was spinning in circles. It grazed my bumper and left quite a scuff on it. Now, its like it never happened. Many thanks to Louie and company at Collision Inc.

The Rear window of my Honda Ridgeline Truck got broken moving a piece of furniture. My initial thought was to google glass companies, however I had heard that rear window glass can be very tricky to install. I stopped by and talked to Louie at Collision, INC in Plainfield. Even though Collision Inc specializes in car body repair from accidents, Louie was a great help and pulled together the resources to fix my broken rear window! The repair was made in a timely manner and with great quality. Thanks Louie at Collision INC for pulling this all together for me! Highly recommend!
