This was my first visit. I was greeted warmly and promptly upon entering the building. I asked for the manager because I'd called the day before and spoke with her. Sue was courteous and remembered our conversation. Sue went right to work and helped me with my needs. She asked key questions, which let me know that she was customizing products to my needs. She was patient and knowledgeable. Professional indeed.

I wasn’t aware that cosmo prof as a brand wasn’t like a sally beauty and it’s only for professionals. The woman working the desk was so rude when she told me “we’re not open to the public.” Yet let me shop around before saying literally anything about that. Lmao love feeling judged by retail people !!!❤️❤️❤️
