Express lane is just that. Express. Every other time I go there someone is signing up. Or resigning up in that lane. If they aren’t ready to go then they need to be moved thru and not hold up the line where people can be trapped. Sat 15 minutes waiting for this issue last time.

Paid $29 for I’m guessing basic. But I’m sure tire shine was included. Tire rubber was not shined and vacuuming is not free. I believe this is over priced. TEXAS has me spoiled. Normal pay for hand wash and detailing with free vacuuming. But it’s not like there was much options for hand wash services.

I am already purchasing your service. I do not want to be held hostage for 3 minutes to hear a sales pitch of more expensive services your company wants to sell. Sorry my initial purchase wasn't enough to grant a semblance of customer service. Thanks for taking away the trash cans in the line as well. Private equity is demonic to human beings.
