I came to this one on West main to get immunizations. CVS east main decided to cancel on me last week at last minute, which I felt they were just being rude.I took my chance on West Main Street .Seem to be professional, was on time . Thank you all .

I thought switching from the CVS on E. Main was a good decision at the beginning. At this location I was discrimination for being disabled. Yesterday, the way I was spoken to was unprofessional and disrespectful. If only people would show kindness to us ALL what a wonderful world it could be.

No pharmacist lasts long there. When you try to refill a prescription you get a computerized system that makes it impossible to use now. The app is useless as well. It's gone downhill for years. CVS doesn't seem to want your business.

I had an appointment last weekend for vaccines. When I went in, there were extremely long lines, only 3 people working on a SATURDAY and they all were working on ONE customer's order and the drive thru was CLOSED after 2pm so I left after 5 minutes of waiting for nothing!!
Today, I called to speak to a pharmacist about my prescription. Instead, I get a stupid recording that says they'll call me back in an hour! Well I'm busy too! How dumb!
This CVS used to have great customer service. Now your service is not even worth MY TIME!!
Your customers are who pays your salaries! Without us, you don't get paid!! I will be going elsewhere since you can't seem to remember that!
