Ross & Maddox were phenomenal! Ross answered all my questions with the best of his knowledge and helped me pick a great shoe for running. Maddox topped it off by helping to select 1 shoe out of 2 selections. All the staff was easy going, and helpful. Great job you all!

Didn't want to give a star, but had to. I shopped at the Anson/Whitestown location and was pleasantly surprised by the Indiana Fever gear when you enter the store! I bought a shirt and decided I needed to exchange for a different size. I took it to the Plainfield location and did not have the same pleasant experience. You walk in and the first thing you see are Men's Everyone watches the WNBA, cool. I looked around for Women's WNBA, nothing. I had to ask the cashier who pointed me upstairs in the very back. So I go up the escalator and found the very very tiny section. Of course, my size was out, No big deal. But I have to wonder at a time when the Fever is a hot commodity in Indy that these gems are hidden away. I have to ask why they don't market women's sports fashion at this location. Sexist or the Fever isn't as popular in this town?

Very bad service. I'm a repeat customer, and today's experience was completely negative. They had a shoe on special, but when I went to pay, they told me it wasn't the right price! The salesperson looked up the sizes, and everything was fine until I went to cancel! That's called a deceptive and unfair offer to customers! Bad experience today.

My husband and I were in Dick's Sunday afternoon looking for a fanny pack, and we were helped by the nicest employee, Ayla! She went to 3 places in the store to get packs for us to look at, and even took us upstairs to look at more. We ended up buying one she had picked. Her customer service was very pleasant and needs to be an example everywhere, in order for brick and mortar stores to stay in business!! Thank you Ayla for being so nice and helpful!!!

A very large and fine store. I wish they had more sports teams merchandise and gear. They only had the Colts, some Notre Dame, and Pacers and little to no jackets. Still, it's a very large store, allowing each thing to have its own section (fishing, golfing, biking, etc.). The escalators are nice and everything was clean and kept up nicely.

Me and my best friend have never seen a Dick's that's two floors before, but this place really has it all! We spent almost an hour just exploring the top floor! This is certainly a fun place to go to walk around!

This is the place to shop in Plainfield for sporting goods, especially SHOES! Shoutout to Ian, Tyler, Nick, & Bryce for the awesome customer service, friendly & fast & extremely patient!!!!! My 77 year old mother & I came in to purchase some new shoes, very close to closing. These Guys brought out everything I asked to try on, & didn’t hesitate about having to stay over. Thanks Guys! Finally got my mom out of her older lady style shoes, so much appreciation! Also, Aileen at the front checkout was very kind (I had to come back for an exchange). Overall, great store, helpful & friendly crew, so I know where to come next time for some new kicks. Highly Recommend, & whoever trains the employees, A+!

My shopping experience started out poorly because no one was available to assist my son and I purchase football cleats. Sales associate Kenan was rude and unprofessional. However Eshaan turned our experience around apologizing for our initial experience, educating us on the cleats and all things football. Thank you Eshaan for your care and excellent customer service.

I walked in. I found the shoe I wanted. I stod and wandered in the shoe department for about 15 minutes without seeing a salesperson. I left without purchasing.
