I delivered there a couple of days ago.
My appt time was at 8am, but since the location shows that you have to back up from a two-lane road, I thought that it would be best to get there before they opened so that I could back up in a spot without interrupting traffic.
Unfortunately, there is a gate, so I had to sit off of the side of the road until the company opened up, so don't get there too early!
Depending on which dock is open will make the difference of, 'not too bad of a back-up' to 'it was a bit of a pain to back up!'
Either way, the Security Guard, Officer Couvertier will help guide you in.
A great guy to talk with while you're getting unloaded!
Whichever way you're coming from off of the highway, make sure that you turn onto S Westmoreland Rd. so that you can make a left turn onto Platinum Way.
If you come from the other direction, you'll have to drive around in order to turn back around, which could easily be a pain!

RUDE! They hung up on me while I was in the middle of speaking to someone. It was no accident.Response to owner's response:If you're implying that I used colorful language, that is not true. And if your staff had bothered to keep listening, he would have heard me asking if he could point me in the direction of somewhere that might sell to me. But he did not. He just hung up on me, mid sentence, no "thank you for calling"
