Check in process was mediocre with the lady being very busy on her cellphone and was snooty when asking her for information. The gentlemen who took over was very good and attentive to my questions.

My husband went to pick up our rental through Ford as our car was in the dealerships shop under warranty. When picking up the rental, we had our own insurance but was told that we HAD to get their protection plan in order to even drive off the lot. They didn’t tell us that it is a daily fee and that we didn’t need it technically because we had our own insurance. 2 weeks later, we get a call saying that we owe $581. We told the lady what was told to us by their employee. Here’s the kicker: they could not identify the male employee who helped my husband and honestly, it looked like even if they did know, they wouldn’t tell us because they knew they were in the wrong and would be held liable. A month and a half later (today), my husband received a call saying that their employee was INDEED wrong, was relocated to a new Enterprise, and the money that we “owe” was sent to a third party bill collector that we won’t have to pay towards. Moral of the story: they acted VERY unprofessional and badgered us the whole time for money that we shouldn’t have had to pay. I asked if our insurance could cover it because we did in fact have insurance at the time, they said no. Like, they portrayed themselves as the most money hungry people I have EVER met and I’ve been through quite a few car rental services, Enterprise if by far the worst. No matter the location. The only helpful and professional person they have was the gentlemen who called my husband and let us know they were closing the account. The rest of the employees need to be retrained and make sure they know their job responsibilities. Check in with Hertz or any other car rental business before you choose Enterprise and end up disappointed. Trust me, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

When I went to pick up the car, the agent attempted to provide a vehicle that had bad tires, and damage all around the vehicle, including a running light that was broken. After complaining about the vehicle, he switched it up to a really nice vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, a day earlier than anticipated - Jason - who has helped me many times in the past, took care of me. Checking me in and thanking me for the early check in. Apologized for the initial vehicle, although he was not the one to assign the vehicle to me. Jason has always taken care of me. I suggest working with Jason every time. He's a wonderful agent.

Jason and his team always go above and beyond to make sure the process of renting a car through them is streamlined. Whenever I have to rent a car for work, I ALWAYS use their branch… even if it’s out of my way. They are just that good!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle we were given to use smelled like smoke inside and when we were almost to our destination, the change oil light came on. We had to call roadside assistance and they explained what we needed to do. The Enterprise in Florida, did not have a comparable vehicle to what we were using, so we had to spend time getting the oil changed.

I made a reservation for a 15 passenger van on February 27 for a departure date of June 9. Carson from Enterprise Plainfield called June 6 to tell me they wouldn’t have availability. So for 3 1/2 months my reservation was confirmed but they called to cancel 3 days prior. At least they didn’t wait until the morning of I guess (hence two stars vice one)… Thankfully I found an alternative (not through Enterprise) but this could have been a terrible situation and ruined months of planning a large trip. I used to work at Enterprise in Evansville and love the company in general but it seems things have deteriorated since I was there.

The employees are very nice and helpful. I had multiple questions they did not act like i was bother to them. The cars are always clean and nice.

I had to have collision work done on my car, and low and behold they were right next door, Antonia was very nice and pleasant and explained all the obligations i was under with the rental car. She also had a very good personality. if you ever need a rental come to this branch

I really think that enterprise should give to the renters home to do the inspiration after 30 days . I had to stop what I was doing and waste gas on a trip into there just to have them tell me that everything looked great . That's just how I feel about it .

Antona was awesome! She had our car ready, warmed up and to us promptly!
