Drove 2.5 hours for a blue Honda Ridgeline. We were hopeful but unsure if it would work out. Truck was in great shape, it checked all the boxes. We had some issues with financing (because of me!) but they were able to do some work around. They were very patient. We are so happy that we found this place! We felt very heard. Don’t hesitate to buy from Excel Motors. They were amazing!

I had a great experience from start to finish. One thing I will say I did not like is that you can’t test drive the vehicle until after you get approved for financing. Other than that smooth transition from beginning to end and Savannah was super friendly.

I originally gave this business a 5-star review, but am here to edit and update it to 2 stars as I have had several issues since purchasing my used vehicle. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau, as well. The only reason I don’t give 1 star is because of Savannah’s kindness. Here’s hoping she didn’t know all these issues but sold me the vehicle anyway!
I purchased a used 2019 Subaru Outback from Excel Motors on 3/3/25. Upon purchase, I realized the car battery was dead, Excel brought over another battery in less than 30 minutes. In less than 90 days, I had to replace that battery because it was only 25% charged. So, they just found a random battery on a shelf and gave it to me — great. The touchscreen was already having issues when I purchased the vehicle, I was told they would find a new screen and replace it for me for free. I was called in later that week to get the screen replaced. Turns out, they ordered the wrong screen (??????) and told me they would have me come back once they had the right one. After hearing NOTHING for 2 months, I reached out and was told they still couldn’t find a screen. Not sure how they found (the wrong) one in two days but can’t seem to find the right one now? Finally, I took a trip to Colorado a couple of weeks ago — drove the Subaru out there, it did great. Sadly, got a flat tire the day before coming home. Went to get the spare in the Subaru, IT HAD A NAIL IN IT. And to top it all off, the spare kit was totally incomplete, there wasn’t even a tool to get the lugnuts off. Never been so disappointed with a company, unbelievable.

Everyone there is super helpful and great to work with. We were in a bind and time crunch and they were able to get us into a reliable vehicle 2019 Ford Escape within our budget. Would definitely do business with them again and will definitely recommend them to friends that are looking for affordable and dependable used vehicles.
