I walked into Fedex the other day to explain to them that they shipped out my packages to the wrong address after i gave them the right address. I had asked for a refund due to the fact that i completely lost my package deliverance to a whole different state. She said that it wasn’t entirely there fault and told me to just write a complaint. Not only had this happened before and i still wanted to give them another chance because it’s the closest place i can ship packages too, she didn’t know what to say or how to help me, it only made me more frustrated due to the fact that last time i had requested fedex for a complaint and a refund they told me they would call me back in a week and they NEVER called me back. So i lost my packages and the money i spent to ship them out!!! With no refund what so ever. I will not go to Fedex ever again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They won't take large items. And our FedEx is closed on the weekends. I can't send out my packages.

I needed to drop off documents and ship a package before the start of my movie at AMC so I was on a tight time limit. Plus it's raining! This was the quickest I've ever been in and out of a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The staff member that worked with me was very efficient and helpful.

Ok I've had issues trying to use their self service copiers with a thumb drive, but the staff here is great. Always friendly and very helpful. If you're buying supplies go elsewhere, but if you want actual customer service, go nowhere else.

I ordered a phone for my husband. It never got delivered. They sent me a pic if a package on my porch, but I couldn't see my name, address, or anything. These is the third time I've had issues with fed ex. I filed a claim, for the forth time, and they refused to help me. I've been dealing with them since September. It's more than ridulousat this point. I don't want money, I just want the phone that I paid for! Definitely will never use them again.
