I needed to drop off documents and ship a package before the start of my movie at AMC so I was on a tight time limit. Plus it's raining! This was the quickest I've ever been in and out of a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The staff member that worked with me was very efficient and helpful.

I walked into Fedex the other day to explain to them that they shipped out my packages to the wrong address after i gave them the right address. I had asked for a refund due to the fact that i completely lost my package deliverance to a whole different state. She said that it wasn’t entirely there fault and told me to just write a complaint. Not only had this happened before and i still wanted to give them another chance because it’s the closest place i can ship packages too, she didn’t know what to say or how to help me, it only made me more frustrated due to the fact that last time i had requested fedex for a complaint and a refund they told me they would call me back in a week and they NEVER called me back. So i lost my packages and the money i spent to ship them out!!! With no refund what so ever. I will not go to Fedex ever again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place was not a good my company uses fed ex for all our shipping needs but the chick inside was not helpful at all i offloaded my equipment this chick comes out just tell me she can’t ship it very upsetting she needs to resign from her job don’t come here

FedEx is the worst delivery service had a package delivered this morning it was for my neighbor as soon as I seen the name I started hollering at the driver he looked at me and backed out of the driveway didn’t even find out what I needed or didn’t care to he looked right at me horrible especially at Christmas people want their packages

I ordered a phone for my husband. It never got delivered. They sent me a pic if a package on my porch, but I couldn't see my name, address, or anything. These is the third time I've had issues with fed ex. I filed a claim, for the forth time, and they refused to help me. I've been dealing with them since September. It's more than ridulousat this point. I don't want money, I just want the phone that I paid for! Definitely will never use them again.

Dont expect the store to be open at 10am when they say they should be open, And dont wast your time going to avons. Just go to the hub at the air port.

Ok I've had issues trying to use their self service copiers with a thumb drive, but the staff here is great. Always friendly and very helpful. If you're buying supplies go elsewhere, but if you want actual customer service, go nowhere else.

I ordered a iPhone XR and its almost been a week for it to get here and I still don't have it. I received a message saying it has the wrong address which I put my address down and made sure it was correct. I wanna know how you go to the wrong address??? Better off if Amazon delivered it instead.

The employees are very helpful even if your returning something from the internet you can't ship there. They are a wealth of information and service orientated. I have shipped several items from there and those shipments are always very fast. Thank you!
