Excellent customer service. Overall great experience so much love to all that works there. They treated me with the upmost respect kindness and fairness. I love fifth third bank and would highly recommend Fifth third to anyone who wants good service and great quality banking!

So I tried to call this branch and an automated voice came up and told me to call back later. So I called the branch in Brazil IN and the same automated voice popped up and transferred me to customer service. The customer service is so vague and not very knowledgeable. The lady didn't mention their prepaid cards for me to make international purchases, I had to bring it up. She stated she forgot about that. I got transferred to the business account department cause I want to open a checking and business account. The guy I spoke to was awful to speak with. I said I wanted to know details about how there business accounts operate and he said nothing. So I asked if there's a minimum to start the account and he said no then was silent again. Instead of him giving me details about their business accounts, I got 1 word answers to my questions. I shouldn't have to ask a dozen questions, he should've been able to run down the list of how the business accounts operate and what I should expect. After calling 4 times and reading the same bad reviews by different people over them having the same issues online, I realized no way am I banking with this bank.

Worst communication. I have had more issues since joining them, than any other bank. No follow through, and people do not seem to know their job function or how to communicate with a customer. Horrendous banking experience. I would never recommend them.

While the customer service is great no one seems to know what they're talking about! I've had the worst experience since coming back to Fifth Third Bank. Every time I call to get information they tell me something different. So I decided to just call the main customer service number, 4 times to be exact, and they all tell me different information as well! It's been nothing but a nightmare. I will be closing this account soon, and returning my business back to PNC.

I wish I could give zero stars. Rude, slow, incompetent tellers, bankers, and management. Hundreds of dollars of fees that took days to waive off due to undertrained staff. Literally never achieved anything I needed on the first visit. Worse than the BMV 😡

I love this branch. The entire staff is always friendly! It can get slow, but come on folks; when it gets busy it just is what it is. Even if they're super busy, they will still serve you with a smile and absolutely always ask how you are. The service is always great, and they will go out of their way to help in any way that they can. It's always a pleasure to go in and do my banking. I absolutely love Suzanne she is the best!

Great bank, maybe it's the time of day I go but I have never experienced the negative things other reviewers have. They are always prompt and never rude when I go. They have always been very helpful when I need something. Thanks!

The most rude group of people that is not in the market of being customer service minded. My husband and I were going to my mother-in-laws funeral a difficult day as you can imagine, we needed to stop to deposit a check on Saturday morning. We waited in the drive thru for several minutes, about 10. The woman at the window was so slow. She actually messaged me to tell me I didn't list all my checks on the deposit ticket. I said I did they are on the back where they go and she said nothing. My husband is a patient man but he was not having the best day and he said, "I'm sorry we are in a hurry what do you need" Now we are totaling 15 minutes later.. she said, "I forgot to send you your money." We then get the money and receipt only to find drawings all over it like a butterfly stamp traced around it and a "thank you". I found it to be not sincerer more sarcastic because she knew we were in a hurry. There is more.. even if you like Fifth third Corporation you will hate every experience at this Plainfield location the absolute worst.
