Stylist completely changed my hairstyle. Didn't hear a word I said. Chopped all the length that I had grown out. She was attractive, very nice and respectful so as frustrated as I am I kept it to my self even tipped her good. However she gave me a style completely different then how I walked in and it's too youthful for my age. Can't change what I have just gotta wait 2-3 months to grow it back and hopefully have my original hairstyle back. IDK if I'll go back to this location or if I'll completely just change to a different chain of business.

I would these people ZERO if it would allow me too!!! The past 3 times I come in for a haircut, I get pilt! I don't say out of bitterness, I say this because, they are supposed to be good at cutting hair. But come find they're not. They need to get harder. I repeat 3 now horrible haircut. Have a good day

Got a great haircut. There was only a brief wait. The staff was awesome, outgoing, engaging and delivered in the skills department. I was in and out in a flash.

I always go here for end trims and to get my bangs cut. Today, Mikayla (maybe not proper spelling..sorry!) had a turn and she did an excellent job. She was super nice too!

Nice people who work there, and I know it’s not their fault. But every time I go there the price of a basic haircut has increased. It’s now over $30 with tip just to get a quick mediocre haircut. They also stopped doing the cards where you eventually get 50% off your next haircut. That must have been way too good of a deal for them to give out. This last time was the last time I go there. Have been going since 2017 when they opened the Anderson, IN location. I found a local barber who is cheaper, and does better quality work. Inflation sucks.

Take my three year old son here. They are gentle and patient. Love this place, not only for the care they take their time to provide. Also for the fact they have an app that you set appointments from.
