“I highly recommend the Gunrack. The number one reason is quality workmanship and number two is fair prices. I put price second because a low price is of no value if the quality isn’t there. I dealt with Rob who I believe is the owner. I went to him for gunsmithing services to have my Kimber 1911 rebuilt after a reload exploded causing severe damage to the gun. It now looks as beautiful as it did before the incident. While he was at it, he tuned the trigger at no extra charge so it has a much cleaner break than before. I was so impressed with his work that I had him port the barrel and slide and at his suggestion crown the barrel on my Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 Compact .40 caliber. After the work I fired an under 3 inch group at 25 yards. I’m sure the gun is capable of tighter groups than that, the shooter being the limiting factor (me). Rob is friendly and personable, he explains things well. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I recommend him and his store highly. He is a well qualified gunsmith and can help you make the right purchasing decision for your needs.”

“Since around 2008, I've purchased multiple firearms from here, both from the previous owner as well as the current.I've always been happy with my transactions, pricing has always been fair; even at gun shows, their pricing has always been the same, unlike many shops that mark up goods for a show.I've bought multiple firearms, ammunition, parts and accessories from them, to include an NFA item, which the current owner was extremely knowledgeable about the process, and I was able to get my paperwork in order and correct fairly easily. There was one issue, which I don't fault the owner, as the ATF moved headquarters during the process, and failed to notify dealers ahead of time.I've also had buyers regret on one handgun, and returned it within a few months of owning it. When I brought it back, they remembered the purchase and were willing to take it back for a reasonable price, which I went ahead and put it towards my next gun.I've had a few handguns transferred to them from out of state dealers and those have always gone smoothly.The only issue I ever ran into was (with the previous owner at least) was they couldn't do outgoing FFL transactions; not a fault, just more of an inconvenience, as I ended up having to go to Greenfield to a dealer to do an outbound transaction. Not sure if theyve changed and can do outgoing now or not; I haven't needed to for years.They've always been fair and reasonable to me, and I've never had any issues at all with them.”
