We returned a large nonworking generator to the Plainfield store for refund. Due to our error there was a problem with the return. Their staff members were terrific in offering us an option and a fix. Marina was outstanding in her customer service, even when my spouse got testy. She kept calm, offered a solution and she resolved the issue all the while remaining pleasant and professional. The very best in customer service. Thank you Marina.

Store is a bit run down. I looked around a long time for a tool. No one offered to help until I asked for help. They gave me a free bag of zip ties with my purchase which was nice.

Ths manger is very unprofessional, she is very condescending and rude when it comes to answering any questions, they normally will sell you their display. The display was not marked as a display she came in hot very aggressive about it .she could have explained it was a display it was not marked , and because I questioned her she asked me to leave very unprofessional don't waste ur time spend a few more dollars and go tractor supply or rural king !when I asked her name she removed here name tag and stuck it in her pocket
