I ordered brown gutter guards. They are not carried at my local Home Depot stores. I received the order and when I opened the box I was quite disappointed in the quality of the product. Each piece had glue all over them. I contacted customer service and they told me to return them and they gave me a discount on the replacement order. At the time I was told by the CS rep. that they were putting a note on the order to inspect for glue and DO NOT SHIP with signs of glue. Well I received the order today and they look exactly like the first order, glue and all. Due to the fact that these gutter guards are seen from the ground level I did not want them. I will be returning them and because I feel confident that no one at the warehouse does quality checks on product, I will be shopping at Menards for now on.

I've been sent the wrong order 3 times in a row. The last time I even had the customer service agent state clearly in the notes which model numbers were included in the order and they still did it wrong. After 3 attempts I have no hope they'll ever get it right. I'll be taking my business to Menard's.

Never send my complete order always missing stuff than i have to go local store for return and they refuse to return it. Dont know what to do? Whenever order something online they choose this distribution center for my online order. And always missing stuff try to call them they hang up for hours and hours. I dont know how to avoid this distribution center.
