ATM never works and I only have this issue at this Huntington.

9 times out of 10 the ATM is down. Twice it has had errors when im trying to deposit cash and it will keep the money but not deposit it. Most of the time the ATM is just not working.

I love Huntington and there would have been more stars given if it weren’t for the fact that I have to seemingly call up to 20 Huntington branch locations within this damn city just to get one human being to answer the phone! Rockville notoriously does not answer their phone Plainfield is the same. Greenwood is the same. I have to call near downtown at a Huntington just to get someone to answer a damn phone. Why is that? I’m over here trying to see where and why a paycheck hasn’t been deposited. That should be something I could call the bank for wouldn’t you think? Well not in this case and come to think of it anytime I’ve been inside of a Huntington location. I’ve never actually heard a phone ring so I’m starting to gather that the phone Has been put on silent at most to all Huntington locations. Otherwise, how could you explain somebody trying to call you guys 15 times in a row and not a soul answering? I would just really like to know why I’m having to call branch after branch after branch and not a single one of them seems to be able to answer a phone!!!

I keep trying to call the branch to find out what I need to do about my Mom's account (she has recently passed) and no one answers or calls back

If the ATM isn't out of service be prepared to wait in the drive-thru or inside as they seem to be understaffed.

Ms.Patrice deserves to win the employee of the year award with a robust pay raise. She was very professional and her demeanor helped me to focus on what I was there to do. I went in furious and clouded by my emotions after my wire transfer was canceled by the fraud department! Of course, I reminded myself that it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could have done about it. I’ve sat in Fraud at HNB and I understood the process. This woman maintained her composure, she was kind and courteous! She made sure we counted the funds and it was accurate! Thank you Ms. Patrice, may God bless you!

I just called to check if they can do notary, a woman took the call immediately and explained in detail. Good service! I am satisfied with their fast response to client's phone call in person, not those automatic instructions.

Wish they could get 0 stars. Went to this atm over a week ago. Just to deposit a check. ATM tells me it can’t accept my deposit. Then takes 10 minutes to try and give me my check back. It malfunctions and does not give me my check back. Then holds my debit card another 10 minutes. Call customer service and submit a ticket. Get told 3 to 5 days and call the branch when they open. Next day call the branch I get told BRINKS takes care of their ATMs. Huntington doesn’t even deal with their own ATMs attached to the branch. Brinks is supposed to empty their atms Monday and Wednesday I was told. Called back 2 days later because still nothing. Got 3 expedited messages sent over and nothing. No one can give me my check back nor tell me where it is or who has it. No one has tried to even give me credit even though I was told to email the stub which was done. Here I am 9 days later and still nothing from brinks the bank, nor customer service when I was promised a manager would call. No call, no email, no text. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Don’t use their ATM. Inside maybe nice but maybe they should replace their atm or take it away completely. Bank is no help. Thinking of switching never ever in my life had this issue before.

Leaving a two star because I have yet to go inside, I'm sure they're nice. Is this a Huntington thing though? It's a common theme that their ATM's are either completely fried or there's some bug and this ATM is bugged for not allowing cash deposit/withdrawal. What's the point then of the ATM then?! It's frustrating because it's been like this for a week or two, surprised that a nice Plainfield location would be broken more often than the downtown Indy location. I live in Garfield Park and just found it to be easier to just drive downtown and deposit it there. Thanks for the inconvenience y'all!

Worse experience ever. I have been with Huntington Bank for years and have never experience any racism or true laziness. I went in this branch and was told I couldn’t get a withdrawal until the next day of a wire. The wire was in green on the online banking that’s how I knew it was ready for withdrawal. Went straight to another bank and was able to withdrawal. Went back to this bank to speak with branch manager and she was rude and racist acting as well. She also defended the fact that the teller had lied and sent me away.

Nearly ended a twenty five year relationship with HNB today over a very nasty teller. She shouldn’t be allowed to be in the same building as customers.
