The folks at IMCU in Plainfield have treated me very well for many years. I would especially like to recognize Annie Prose for expertly helping me through a crisis when my accounts were compromised by a would be thief. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bank/loan office. They answered my questions before I even ask them and were very helpful. Jordan was a wonderful help, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who has need of a loan.

The guy who works at IMCU named Alex, was very rude, disrespectful and short-tempered when my dad spoke to him about his auto loan. He spoke to my dad in an aggressive and loud manner for no reason. I would never recommend banking with them this bank needs to hire more professional employees.

I have been with IMCU for 30 + years and I love them. Annie the branch manager at Plainfeild is the best. My main branch is Westside, but when I do loans or other big things Annie has always been there. In fact when my kids have questions I tell them to call Annie, she will help you.

We have had accounts here for over 5 years. We also have 3 loans that have never been late. We were gonna open another checking and was denied. We had some negative things on our credit report that we are in process of fixing... but it takes time . They lost a good customer... hopefully soon we can move everything.
