I am extremely disappointed with JCPenney's photography services. It took over a month to receive our digital downloads, and we never received the two canvases we ordered. Additionally, the prices we were quoted were misleading, and the final costs were much higher than expected. The photos themselves were of poor quality, with many coming out blurry. On top of that, the photographer poorly positioned our family, resulting in awkward and unflattering shots. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Update:
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent order and the service I have received. After nearly two months of persistent communication with your studio, the canvases I finally received are not what I ordered. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue

I shopped and found 3 items. Stood in line. Only 1 cashier, person being checked out forgot her phone so we all waited. All while another employee stood next to the cashier talking to her. I heard that the cashier had been there since 9am. (It's 1:30 now) and no break or lunch. While shopping I saw what appeared to be 3 office employees walking around. 1 of them spoke to me twice. I finally laid my stuff down and left the poor cashier was very apologetic but as I told her, it's not her fault. This is the worse customer service. This store obviously needs a new manager. Why couldn't another worker just waking around open up a register?

Had a very successful shopping trip for a dress for a wedding. Try on rooms were available. Only downside was that it didn't open till 11 am.

The disrespect and Unprofessionalism today was Immense. The jc penney's photo Employee was so rude, so unprofessional.Even though she was running 45 minutes behind didn't apologize.Didn't compensate and then change the prices. Unacceptable will never come again.

I went to leave a survey from my receipt, but I didn't realize the access code expires after 7 days. I wanted to say well done Allyssa B. She is a great value to this company and I'll come back to the store because she was so helpful and considerate.
