From the get go, both chatting to each other. I felt like I was bothering them and interrupting their conversation. No hello, no welcome. Never experienced such awful service. They dont have any sizes apparently all that is on the floor is apparently all they have, when i went to checkout i kept telling the lady to use my rewards code, she dismissed me and charged me full price, when i brought up the discount not applying then she insisted the rewards will go on the next purchase, i checked again and she did not apply it, then i asked her to cancel the transaction and retry it and all I had was attitude, wow impressed that the manager did not even offer an apology or acknowledge the issue with me in front of them. She was annoyed when she had to re- do it. I mean I get we are all tired and whatnot but spending 100+ shouldn’t case you to be mean or give attitude to the clients. Should not have been for the shoes my daughter liked i would have gone home and try a different store. One thing I know is not coming back and now im regretting this purchase

Mikey was awesome. Provided excellent, speedy service and even helped me pick out socks to pair with my shoe purchase. Overall great management and customer service at this location

Mickey gave us a horrible experience, we bought shoes that had $49 price tag but when rang up it was not that price and I asked the other worker if he could just give us the difference since it was false advertisement and instead Mikey had a power trip saying he could do what he wants because he is the manager and he called security. He caused a huge scene acting very childish and with a huge power trip. Did not let me tell my side of the story to security… Bruh, i just wanted a full refund at the end of it but with his childish ways it shows why his gf left him. ( good job girl, you deff made the right choice because wheew)

My daughter and I popped in just to look, then ended up trying a few things on. I think it was Mikey that helped us. He was great, friendly, and attentive. We didn't buy anything, but it wasn't because of the service. It was so nice to have great customer service! Thank you!

Small store but decent selections. Hasn't really changed much but has a lot of things that no longer interested me. Wish they sold more Doc Martens as that's where I got my first pair.

Such nice, helpful staff. Had to exchange the wrong shirt from an online order. The employee was helpful on the phone and remembered picking the shirt for my order. We had to have a quick lesson on tie dye vs patch patterns. LOL. He was a good sport while we poked at his lack of skill to recognize patterns. It was all in good fun and we like this store so we will be back!

I paid over a $100 for a pair of Steve Madden shoes that I wore ONE time and the sole is separating from the shoe. I just bought it less than 2 months ago. I went in to the store and they told me they don't exchange ? shoes that have been worn. Obviously I has to wear ? them in order to see the sole separating and now I'm just out of my money!! I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN because I've spent so much money with my teenager over the years....trust me if you have any choice you shouldn't either be ause your shoe may fall apart!! Your shoes may be defective and once they have your money you are out of luck.

Please update your hours. We saw that you were open until 8pm on Saturday and drove around until we found a parking spot only to arrive at a locked door.
