Tori was friendly and extremely helpful. I was embarrassed initially when I walked into the store because I didn’t know how to unlock my locked earrings. She not only knew how to unlock them but she offered to clean them as well. I will be returning for future purchases. Thx Tori😃

Went in a year ago to get info about upgrading my engagement/wedding rings and was advised by Misty (manager/sales rep) to wait for a sale to happen. Fast forward to now: made an appointment with Misty to do the transaction during the “Friends and Family sale” and was able to score on so much more jewelry…. Like 25-30% more!!! The store was packed when I was there, but Misty made me feel like I was the only one in the store! She was patient and allowed me to touch all the pretty things I was interested in, all with a smile on her face. She guided me through the whole ordeal, which included 7 jewelry pieces of jewelry! I left there so thrilled with my new diamonds and the whole experience.

I went into this store thinking getting the engagement ring for my girlfriend with her to get exactly what she would want would have been a stressful situation...but it was completely opposite..leaving the store with the ring for my future and the laughs that were shared between us n the staff ..Will definitely be a huge part of the story I tell when asked about marrying this girl!!! I cannot express enough gratitude for the help, advice ,and outstanding customer service we received....Thank you all from the bottom of my heart sincerely..and as this part of the story ends the horizon shows a beautiful new day to come....
