I couldn’t get produce here. Flies are everywhere!! Plus the produce isn’t the freshest. I ended up just getting a few things and headed to Meijer for the rest.

The store is well-kept, it's usually clean and often not overly crowded, even at busy times. However, 80% of the time I go there they are out of 10 kinds of different produce, they RARELY aren't out of some kind of produce, its absolutely maddening going to the store just to find out one of the ingredients you need is out and you have to go to another store to get it. Again, this isn't a rare occurrence.

The Avon location is superior to this one solely because they don't close they're deli area so early. Everything was closed up and the lights are off before 4. Not very efficient to close the deli before people are even off from there job.

I will NEVER shop here again. It’s one thing to be racist, but it’s another to be openly racist. Usually I don’t speak on things like this, but I was already having a bad morning. I came in this morning to grab something for my boss and wasn’t greeted. There were two people that walked in before me and the lady that was walking up said good morning to them but when I came in, she just stared directly at me and then the person behind me that came in, she also said good morning to them. I shouldn’t even have to say the color of their skin versus mine, but you’re an employee of a company that tells you when you interview that they treat all of their customers with the same respect and kindness. I know that nothing will come of it, but I also don’t want to shop anywhere that I don’t feel welcomed.

I drove all the way across town and got there at 9:50 PM. I just needed some frozen veggies and aloe vera for my son's sunburn. As I pulled into the parking lot, an employee was standing outside the doors smoking and yelling, “Go home, we’re closed,” while waving his arms at me and other customers.
This was despite the fact that me and the other customers in the parking lot he was shooing away, could clearly see people still inside the store shopping.
He just kept repeating himself in the most unprofessional way.
I honestly have no idea what their actual store hours are, and at this point, I’m not interested in finding out. That whole experience really pissed me off.
So I got back in my car and went to Meijer instead—where I should’ve gone in the first place. Their employees are always much more professional, and the experience is consistently better.

Kristina the pharmacist helped us get our meds today for both Me and my husband. She's very kind and even let us know side effects for our medicine. She took very good care of us. She even joked with us. Made us smile. She let us know how long of wait for the medicine and send text when it was ready. We loved our Kroger pharmacy. She's definitely amazing 🤩. Definitely would come back to Kroger. The atmosphere there is they treat you like with family. Even you get transferred from Walgreens. Shes left us satisfaction. 💯💯💯💯💯 The best. Thank you Kristina for your service today.

This place is always busy. For a grocery store it is as good as it can be I suppose. I gave it 4 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement everywhere with everything. This store has been here a long time as your shopping you can tell shelving, coolers, refrigerator/freezers for the most part have been there a long time. It could use some updating/remodel. The place like all places is closed after midnight since covid, so that would be a good time to put a little money back into the store and clean and fix some things. There is no reason a self checkout lane couldn't have an attendant and be open 24 hours a day. There are people restocking anyway why not have the convenience for your customers and be open 24 hrs???

I'd like to recommend a change of leadership or perhaps the current store manager can recognize the cart corral dilemma. Also, who's responsible for the deplorable conditions at the exit?
