Just drove over 45 minutes to return merchandise to this store to find that they suddenly closed for inventory. Before I drove over, I checked their hours of operation and no mention of a closure. Not wasting my time with this store again!

I would not recommend this store. Based on poor customer service and that they close the doors prior to posted times tells me they are not wanting any business. I've given them a few chances before coming to the conclusion of a 1 rating.

Very casual and comfortable clothes. Great prices....the manager and staff at Perry Crossing are very friendly and helpful. The store has big sales all the time, making it possible to achieve a classic look at an affordable price!!!!Love it!!

I have always had such a wonderful experience here! Kathy and Nikki helped me find a dress that I needed quickly for an event in less than 15 minutes. The women who work here are so helpful and the clothes are just gorgeous

This store, Plainfield, IN, has a few more selections that the Greenwood store. The sales staff is very helpful at both locations. All of the merchandise is quality fabricated and always a big hit when given as gifts.

Even though I wasn't able to find what I needed that day, the salesperson Holly kept looking online in their available styles while I browsed the store. I was looking for something very specific. Great service. I always like the atmosphere/space here. It's neat, not crowded, relaxing!

My husband & I have been in this location numerous times & the staff just isn't very helpful :/ you are lucky to be greeted. We did eventually get assistance on our latest visit, she was very helpful :) I was going to include her name but when I looked @ the receipt there was no name, just an associate # :/ (which tells you everything ) Selection isn't great & the quality has really taken a nose dive.Their focus as a company is now "cheap" instead of quality.
