Be aware, if you get sick the day of your appointment and you call in hours before to cancel, they will charge your card. They are very high pressure to join their spa membership.

Hali was great! My facial felt amazing. She was very knowledgable of the products and even recommended some for me to take home to insure my face stayed looking and feeling awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This place is a joke Go somewhere else if you want a good massage massage they made us pay for an hour and they only rubbed us for For 35 minutes And then they didn't even rub where I had pain where I wanted them to rub please please go somewhere else

They called and cancelled my appointment because their employee had an "emergency" Apparently there was no one else available to give a massage. Smh....unprofessional in my eyes.

Masseuse was great but facials are terrible. You only get 25-30 mins of service but you pay for 1 hour and it is very substandard if you are familiar with facials. Should’ve figured it wouldn’t be good but gave it a try. I may return for a massage but never again for a facial.

I have been with massage envy for over a year with the membership package . I loved Devin who did my massage each time. Some appts have been canceled due to covid and I completely understand and glad he is well now . I also had covid and so did my whole family. It has been hard for me to get in lately. So I stopped yesterday to put a freeze on my account . Since I had 5 sessions which one I gifted to someone. So I wanted to freeze my account then was told I can't use my sessions that I already have if my account was frozen . Really made no since to me at all . So I would ahead and cancelled my membership and have 60 days to use the credits ,I have . You would think they would be more understand with covid ,having kids , sports . I don't feel that is fair at all . So I will use what I have and be done . Thanks for being hard to work with especially when you are short staffed and hard to get into .

I can't say it enough - I found my gal! You know when you go to get a massage and you're not great at communicating and so it never quite hits the spot? Well then you haven't been to see Cheron! 1) She doesn't waste time and 5 minutes in if it stopped there, I already felt better and would have been happy if I had to go. She really cares about folks getting the most out of their time with her, wants to meet their needs, and even did some stretching during my massage! I've never had the quality of care that I had with her to where I have been recommending her left & right to everyone I can. I booked my husband an appointment with her and two more out for myself before leaving. And Dawn at the front desk was so sweet and kind! I honestly just felt right at home with them. This location was a bit further for me but soooooo worth it! I needed someone who could dig in and wash away knots and I haven't had anyone really be able to do that before. Please go see her and tip her well!!! #FANTASTICphysicaltherapist #thatgood THANK YOU Cheron!

Shout out to massage envy out in Plainfield. They make your experience so relaxing and excellent. I get a 1 hour massage and a 1/2 hour stretch massage once a month and afterwards I feel amazing.

I typically do not write reviews nor complain but I started my service with Gwen for a massage!!!! Best massage ever however when I went to get my facial the service was great but the esthetician burned my skin!!!! Being a spa owner myself I am very aware that African American skin is different from Caucasian skin. The esthetician asked me what my regimen was and what I did to my skin because I LITERALLY HAVE no spots blemishes fine line wrinkles dark spots or uneven skin tone. Once I told her my regimen she kinda looked at me like hmm okay. Now I literally got a basic facial with extractions. She put a salicylic acid on my face on my face when I asked what it was she told me cause I said hey this tingles/burns im not sure how long it was on my face but by day 2 my skin started to develop an open lesion around my nose. So I had another esthetician look at my skin and she immediately said what happened to your face it never looks like this who burned you. It was at that moment that I could then confirm the esthetician did indeed burn my Melanated skin!!!!! She also did it show me the extractions nor give any advice on my skin, though I didn’t necessarily need it it would’ve been nice for her to show me my extractions, give feedback and ask if I had any additional questions comments or concernsI will only return for a massage but it’s best if the company either educates the esthetician on African American / other races skin or have a second esthetician that knows other skin types or races skin
