Love this store. The staff are always so friendly. I don't feel like I am at a grocery store. I love all the varied items, clothes, household items, electronics and groceries. The produce is always well stocked and looks fresh. The store and bathrooms are always so clean.

Since I was told by the old lady with the surly hair at customer service, if I can't find the items I am looking for going someplace else and she didnt have time to help, I only enter when I am getting car litter or a gift card. Any other time I go to either the Kroger, Walmart or target down the street. If they dont want my business, I wont force them to have it.

Don’t come here. You’ll be racially profiled a wrongfully accused! Four of my friends and I decided to come here to shop one night and had the cops called on us because some manager lady thought we stole alcohol after we had already been shopping innocently for half an hour. The manager appearing to be in her late 30s/early 40s (probably due to artificial aging by loads of nicotine and marijuana) had not even checked the cameras to confirm there was any wrongdoing before calling the cops to waste their time and ours. The cops took us to her office and had us empty our pockets and ask us questions. When they asked the manager if she wanted us trespassed she went “not yet” as she did know for certain if we stole anything or not. There was lots of attitude coming from this woman seeming to be high as a kite. I should’ve asked the cops to check her car for reefer. She said she didn’t approach us because we were a group. Was it that or was it because we happened to have three young African American men in our group? The world may never know. I would’ve loved to stay an extra few minutes for her to check the footage and apologize to us after. Anyways don’t come here if you don’t want to be bothered by a high manager eager to accuse you and call the cops for something she thought to have happened. Walmart’s cheaper anyways.

I like this Meijer and visit often even though I live right behind the Camby Meijer. This one is larger and has nicer looking produce than mine. The store is always clean and usually well stocked.
My only complaint is using the app. I prefer using Shop & Scan on the app. Not only for the speedy checkout but because it tells me if there's an available coupon for an item I just scanned.
However, I'd say that 20-25% of the time, the Shop & Scan feature takes forever to load, will Scan items multiple times then buffer, randomly close, or crash completely in the middle of a shopping trip. I've been told that it works better on their Wi-Fi. I don't use public Wi-Fi. I've also been told that reception is spotty in some parts of the store. But all my other apps work fine, so I don't know why this one doesn't. Also, I rarely have these problems at the Camby store.
**UPDATE** 9/18/24
The last couple of times I've gone shopping, the Shop&Scan feature has worked perfectly. I'm not sure what's changed but it makes shopping so much easier.
