They were very customer service oriented. They were very transparent and informative about what repairs my truck needed and why they needed them and what my different options were. I very much appreciated that. They also provided an Uber ride home when they determined the repairs would not be completed by the end of the day. I will do business with this place again.

This Midas in Plainfield has been my goto for everything the last several years. Brakes, tires, wheel bearing, new muffler, oil changes etc. they have always been professional and courteous, getting the vehicle done on time or ahead of schedule. I always go here first!

Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I called to schedule, they were friendly, professional, and got me in right away. Anthony and Sean were phenomenal—they listened to exactly what I needed, delivered perfectly, and even offered helpful recommendations without any pressure. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be back to schedule the recommended repairs. I droped off my minivan with Midas in plainfield. I had a check engine light that was on for a misfire on cylinder 3. They replaced the spell plugs and the coil packs. My van runs great again. They recommended a few other things based on the age of my vehicle. The struts and springs were one of them. I did not get them replaced at this time. It didn't fix my budget, but they did say that they were not so bad that they had to be replaced, but recommended based on the age and knowing I want to keep the van for a while before replacing it with a new vehicle.

Very dedicated technicians. Take test drive to diagnose the fault, inform the owner. After confirmation, replace the parts. Again check the performance of Car. After satisfactory job, handover the car to the customer... I love their job. Highly recommended 👍👌

I went and had them do an inspection on my car, they said my front two rotors were warped and my front brake pads needed changed bad, they also said my back rotors were in need of change as well. They wanted $1,100 for the front and back brakes and rotors, we bought the parts and went to have someone we know change them. I wish I took pictures because my front two rotors weren’t warped AT ALL. My front brake pads had 3/4 of brake pad left and my back rotors were perfectly fine. I will never trust this place again.
